He's finally ours!

Yesterday we signed the adoption decree, so as far as the Nepali side of things, he is ours!  It was such a relief to finally get something accomplished.  He is with us all the time now.  When we brought him to the hotel, he was a different kid!  He explored happily, chasing and yelling at birds, splashing in the pool water, just so happy!  We are now staying with our friends, experiencing true Nepali family life.  Let me tell you, it is a different world.  Not bad, just different.  We are not sure how long we will stay, but my computer does not work with their system and all of my pictures are on my computer, we will post pictures as soon as possible.  Today we are going to apply for his travel document at the Minstry of Foreign Affairs and then finally to the U.S. Embassy to get the ball rolling there.  We have so much to be thankful for!  He slept through his lab work, didn't even cry when they did the TB test.  They had hard time finding his vein to draw blood for his lab work because he is so FAT!   He has become a total Daddy's boy!  It is exhausting, as we are not used to having a two year old boy.  Please keep praying that the roads stay open and the Maoists continued threats do not materialize.  Sorry this post is short, but our driver is here to collect us.
