"Almost there" is beginning to sound like a broken record!

Today we were supposed to hear that the committee in Nepal had met.  Not only had they not met, but the gentleman who is supposed to sign off on referrals/travel approvals is in Japan.  Our agency reported to us today that we are next in line, and we will (hopefully) hear of our travel approval after the committee meets when he returns either Thanksgiving week or the week before.
